Pilates Reformer Classes
For optimal results commit to 30 sessions, which breaks down to about three times a week over three months. Pilates is also better for recovering after injury, improving posture, and for core strength. Offering three levels of Pilates reformer classes to find the best class for your needs.
Introductory course: Participants become familiar with the reformer and the movements that can be done on the reformer machine. These include exercises that target your whole body to do either stretch or strength work. You can lie, sit cross-legged on the carriage, sit on a box, lie face down or up on the box, kneel, or stand to do your exercises on the Pilates Reformer.
- Level 1: After you have completed the introductory course, transition to level one.
- Level 2: Includes more weight bearing on arms, more complex movements, and larger ranges of motion with stability and balance challenges.
- Level 3: Moving into a more advance and complex level to challenge the avid participant.
